Yuriy Chmyr (Ukrainian: Юрій Павлович Чмирь; born 7 April 1972, Makiivka) is a Ukrainian politician, Member of the Parliament of Ukraine of the Vth and VIth convocations, Head of the Sumy Regional State Administration (April 6, 2010 — December 16, 2013), Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine (December 2013 — February 2014), and since November 2015, a member of the Sumy Regional Council.[1][2]
