Wierchlesie [vjɛrˈxlɛɕɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jemielnica, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Jemielnica, 12 km (7 mi) north-east of Strzelce Opolskie, and 35 km (22 mi) east of the regional capital Opole.
