Chamani-ye Bala (Persian: چماني بالا, also Romanized as Chamanī-ye Bālā and Chamānī-ye Bālā)[1] is a village in Kuhsarat Rural District, in the Central District of Minudasht County, Golestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 318, in 84 families.[2]
