Serpocaulon eleutherophlebium is a species of fern in the family Polypodiaceae. It is native to Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela.[1] Under the synonym Polypodium mindense, it was regarded as endemic to Ecuador.[2]
